This statement by the National Gallery is totally false. In response to my complaint regarding the resale of these tickets, Charles Tetteh from the Ministerial Support Unit of the Department for Culture, media and Sport has told me that the National Gallery would not cancel these tickets because to do so 'would be unfair on those people who bought the tickets in good faith'.

If the National Gallery were so 'furious' about tickets being resold, why have they sold these tickets through Ticketmaster, who actually own a ticket resale company?

What rubbish. This is written with a terrible agenda and bias. The fact that neither side can take such matters seriously should not be an item of ridicule but should be worrying for everyone. As opposed to solving the problems, both sides would rather they rumble on and blame each other. Shambolic. Both of them.
