  • Nick DeLuca

    Former founder and Managing Director of APCO UK. Nick helped develop APCO’s global and European business. With almost 20 years experience in consultancy, Nick has extensive local and international experience. A former Board Director at Westminster Strategy, he previously worked in both the U.S. Senate and the House of Commons.

  • Martin Le Jeune

    Former head of Public Affairs at Sky, and former board director and Head of Corporate Responsibility at Fishburn Hedges.  Martin was a civil servant in the Cabinet Office for over a decade and is a former Head of Public Policy at NatWest.

  • Victoria Tate

    Former Head of Public Affairs at the Spirit Group and board Director at Fishburn Hedges where she was head of the Consumer Issues Practice. Victoria has over fifteen years’ experience in corporate communications, corporate responsibility and public relations from both an in-house and consultancy perspective.

  • Graham McMillan

    Former Head of Public Affairs at Fishburn Hedges.  Graham helped to found the Fishburn Hedges public affairs practice which was awarded Best UK Consultancy at the Public Affairs News Awards 2005.  Graham was awarded Consultant of the Year at the same awards.

  • Jessica Frost

    Jessica Frost is a Senior Consultant at Open Road, and has been with the company since August 2007.  Previously, she was at Lexington Communications working with clients in the agribusiness, financial services, pharmaceutical and third sectors on public affairs, corporate communications and corporate responsibility.

  • Matt Bright

    Matt Bright joined Open Road from the Greater London Authority where he was responsible for all of the communications and marketing around increasing turnout in the 2008 Mayoral elections. He has also worked in Brussels representing the views of London government and advised the GLA on major digital projects.  Prior to this, Matt wrote and edited material for the websites of the Guardian and the German newspaper Handelsblatt.

  • James Worron

    James Worron is a Consultant at Open Road. He has previously worked as a Press Officer at HM Treasury, Oxford University and on public services reform at the CBI.

  • Nicolas Lehmann

    Nick Lehmann is a consultant at Open Road, managing stakeholder outreach and public affairs campaigns for private sector and trade body clients in the UK, EU and US. A graduate of Durham University and the University of London, Nick began his career in the BSkyB public affairs team. 

  • Rosie Clarke

    Rosie Clarke joined Open Road in January 2010 as a Consultant from the Personal Accounts Delivery Authority (PADA).  Prior to this, she worked at Lansons Communications, where her clients included Employers’ Forum on Age, HBOS, Intelligent Money and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.  Before that, Rosie worked in Parliament for Annette Brooke MP and helped run her campaign in the 2005 general election.

  • Deborah Whitfield

    Deborah recently joined Open Road as Office Manager in March 2009. She previously worked for Guardian Newspapers Ltd and DDB UK - a creative advertising agency before joining the team.

  • Carys Afoko

    Carys joined Open Road in December 2008 as a Researcher.  A PPE graduate from Oxford, Carys went on to work in the Campaigns team of the international development NGO, Action for Southern Africa.  She then had a stint at the NHS Confederation before moving on to handle media relations for a Labour Prospective Parliamentary Candidate.
